- Once you become a register Fan, the next step is to link your payment card to your account. You can do this by clicking the 'add card' alert via your user dashboard. We accept any Visa or Mastercard payment cards. This will allow us to reward your club every time you spend with our retail partners.
- We will email you when your card is active, this usually takes 24 hours, then you are ready to start generating funds for your club! Please note that any transactions made prior to your card being active cannot be tracked and therefore will not generate cash for your club.
- Donating when you shop online works by logging into your Fan account, clicking ‘retailers’ and choosing which shop you want to spend with. Once you click through to their website, it’s business as normal and any transaction you have made will be tracked through your User ID attached to your Fan account. When you’ve made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email from us and funds raised will be allocated to your club.
- Donating when you shop instore is a little different. To do so, you need to register your debit/credit card and shop with one of our instore retailers. When doing so we can spot your transaction and donate to your club accordingly.
We only receive transactional data from our retailers and cannot see any items purchased or any card details.
You can link as many cards as you want. Please note we currently don’t accept any cards from outside the UK.
