Your transaction should appear under the 'Transactions' tab after you make your purchase.
If for some reason your transaction does not appear on your dashboard, please allow up to 15 days for it to show. After 15 days please submit a support ticket with full details of the transaction. This way we can do everything to help and keep you up-to-date on the process of tracking your transaction. Once you have submitted your support ticket, the process may take a few days as it can take up to 72 hours to receive the transactional data from the retailer.
