Once you have discussed Fantastic Fanatics with your club committee and made the brilliant decision to become a beneficiary of Fantastic Fanatics, all you need to do is:
- choose who will be in charge of your club account,
- complete the online form and upload a few documents.
Up to 3 of the documents below is required:
- Proof of National Governing Body affiliation.
- Copy of club constitution.
- Proof of club bank account.
- Club bank account details.
- User ID such as passport or driving licence.
