If you can't remember your PIN number then follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your username and password as normal,

  2. This takes you to enter your PIN number, click ‘Forgot your PIN Number?’ which cancels your login and returns you to the original login starting point.

  3. Here you will see a message prompting you to check your email inbox for a link to reset the login process.

  4. Find the email, click the link and enter your username + password as normal.

  5. You will be taken to a screen asking you to set your PIN again.

From here you will be able to re-login and successfully access your account.
